You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

ActionOutline Lite 3.4 (Free) ("Software") is FREEWARE that means you can use it legally for free.

Green Parrots Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, copyright license subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may copy the software and materials associated with this agreement ("Materials") onto a single computer for your personal noncommercial use. You may not sell or transfer any part of the Materials to any other party. You will not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disassemble the Materials.

OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF MATERIALS: Title to the Materials and all copies thereof remains with Green Parrots Software or its suppliers. The Materials are copyrighted and are protected by international laws and treaty provisions. You will not remove the copyright notice from the Materials. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Materials. Except as expressly provided herein, Green Parrots Software does not grant any express or implied right to you under Green Parrots Software copyrights, trademarks.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

GREEN PARROTS SOFTWARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF INFORMATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR ANY DAMAGE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCURRED BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF GREEN PARROTS SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE: Green Parrots Software may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you will remove the Software files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.

Green Parrots Software is not required under this License to provide any installation, training or other services to you. Such services, if available, must be purchased separately.

Green Parrots Software reserves the right at any time not to release or to discontinue release of the Software and to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the Software or any future releases of the Software. Green Parrots Software is not required under this License to provide any upgrades, maintenance releases or bug fixes for the Software.

The Software may be freely distributed subject to, but not limited to, the following terms: the distribution package is not modified, the Software may not be sold or resold, distributed as a part of any commercial package, used in a commercial environment, used or distributed in support of a commercial service, or used or distributed to support any kind of profit-generating activity, even if it is being distributed freely.

If you would like to distribute the Software as part of a shareware distribution, magazine, internet book, CD ROM, etc. contact us for written permission.

All commercial use interests in the Software should be directed to support@greenparrots.com

Green Parrots Software reserves all rights not expressly granted here.

Installing and using the Software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove the Software files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

Disclaimers above shall survive the termination of this License Agreement.
